Introduction to Deep Breathing Series

Try 3 beginner deep breathing exercises at home.

If you’d like to get one video per day, sign up below with your email and we’ll send them to you.

Day 1: Energize & Invigorate

This quick, deep breathing technique will leave you feeling invigorated and clear-headed.

You can use this exercise over and over again when you need to take some time to rejuvenate your body and mind.

Day 2: Relax & Calm

This exercise is the opposite of the previous video. We’ll breathe slowly and deeply, allowing your body to calm down and go to a place of deep relaxation.

Day 3: Reset & Decompress

In this video we extend our deep breathing to 6 minutes. This switches you into autopilot and gives your body and mind a chance to rest.

Oak Meditation App

Oak is a free meditation app that contains three guided breathing exercises: Deep calm, Box, and Awake.

Each exercise includes audio cues and visual guiding with an animation.
You can set how long you’d like the exercise to last.

We’re not associated with this app at all, but we use it and enjoy it. It is only available for iOS right now.
