Day 3: Reset & Decompress
Welcome to day 3 of the series!
Today’s deep breathing technique is the simplest one yet.
In fact, it’s the simplicity of this exercise that releases tension and stress
Today we’re going to extend our deep breathing to 6 minutes.
This switches you into autopilot and gives your body and mind a chance to rest.
What was it like doing the deep breath for 6 minutes?
Did you have any new physical sensations or emotions come up?
Going from 2 minutes to 6 minutes can be quite different.
Letting your body go on autopilot can feel unusual.
The benefit is giving your brain a chance to rest and reset.
You’ve now experienced all three deep breathing exercises in this series.
