I will guide you to take deep slow deep breaths in through the nose, expanding your belly. You will begin inhaling to the count of 4, and exhaling to the count of 4.
You will work your way up to inhaling to the count of 6, then 8, then 10 - all the way up to the count of 14.
This technique is great to use before going to sleep or when you want to induce deep relaxation.
